      本学期,我们立足本园户外资源,克服疫情、户外天气等因素,积极开展“亲自然”生活体验、阅读、表演、建构、玩沙水、运动等年级组联动户外游戏活动。由于疫情,5月25日我们通过线上方式,和姊妹园领导和老师们一起聚焦儿童游戏的观察评价与支持,并通过交流互动,了解孩子、读懂孩子。

   “将游戏权利还给孩子”,老师们就要更好地尊重、相信儿童,给予幼儿充分的游戏自主权,以理解、欣赏的态度放手幼儿游戏。老师们用视频方式,捕捉了幼儿游戏中的一个个“哇”时刻,并从大班“慧”游戏——幼儿游戏计划、中班“会”游戏——幼儿游戏情境、小班“荟”游戏——幼儿游戏生活化不同视角,围绕幼儿游戏需要、兴趣、水平等核心问题,进行案例分享与研讨,“发现了不起的儿童”。

  “如何更好地放手幼儿游戏”,老师们针对实践中的发现与思考,进行了研讨、互动、交流,大家共同探讨问题解决的措施、方法。研讨启发了教师思考,如何更好地放手游戏、看懂游戏,读懂儿童、回应儿童;思考如何更好地“闭住嘴、管住手、睁大眼、竖起耳”。
